Anyone who contacts Oxxoga Garage Doors should get fair and honest treatment. If you did not, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• How we treated your personal information
• Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Oxxoga Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@oxxoga.living and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
